General Terms and Conditions

§ 1  All prices are quoted exclusive VAT.

§ 2 Goods remain the property of Toys4U GmbH until full payment is received. 

§ 3 In the event that payment falls more than two weeks overdue, a € 5.00 administrative charge will be levied.

§ 4 The buyer can choose whether to collect the goods themselves or to have them shipped (“free domicile”).

§ 5 We offer a 2 % discount on payment within 14 days, otherwise payment is due within 30 days.

§ 6 Toys 4 U exercises the greatest diligence in accepting and processing orders.

Toys 4 U handles incoming orders as quickly as possible and in the order they are received. Usually, the delivery takes one week after receipt of order. If a delivery is not possible, because the goods are not in stock, or a delivery should be delayed for other reasons, you will be informed no later than 30 days after your order.

§ 7 If you choose to cancel your order the goods must be returned.

§ 8 Our employees are subject to the secrecy provisions of the Data Protection Act. Customer information will not be divulged to third parties, unless this is absolutely necessary for handling the contract.

§ 9 Toys 4 U is not liable for damages caused by acts of third parties, acts of God (such as fire or water damage), or effects caused by customer-connected devices.

§ 10 Delivered goods must be immediately investigated. Any defects discovered must be reported immediately after delivery.

§ 11 Overall the terms and conditions of the contractor shall apply.
